An ad for
Freescale's new RS08 microcontroller popped up on some site, and it looked interesting so I clicked on it. Looks like a good tool for tinkering, like the PIC, except this is an 8-pin package. There's a $50
demo board too. Maybe I'll buy one when I get back to the U.S.
