Desert Eagle
I've always wanted a Desert Eagle in .50AE. That Magnum Research is based out of MN is one more reason. American Rifleman has an interesting FAQ. A thread on SilencerTalk has a link to a video of a guy shooting a suppressed "Deagle". Apparently one has to cut down one of the 10" barrels, and even then the gas system spits out much of the pressure.

Sabrina Nichole
Found an animated GIF of this gal on a Chive post. Via Google image search, I found out it's a Playboy model, Sabrina Nichole. Apparently the GIF is from a video ("Lathered Up") on Playboy Plus. Nice. TijuanaBoobs? Her Instagram has various headshots at least.

Hot Shots 2013
I have the calendar hanging in my office. Hell yeah.
The videos are amusing, though, because the models are quite different when not 'shopped. And personality counts too, right?
There's a behind the scenes video as well as three other mini-interviews with two models each: Rosie Jones & India Reynolds, Kelly Hall & Sam Cooke, and Holly Peers & Emily O'Hara.
[Links NSFW] I have to say that Kelly Hall (!) looks the best non-pinup, and has the least obtrusive accent! Followed by perhaps Emily O'Hara (!) and India Reynolds (!).
Edit [2013.06.29]: Rosie Jones isn't bad after all. Must've been her makeup in the above YT video.

.950 JDJ in Action!
American Specialty Ammo posted a picture of a .950 JDJ rifle on Facebook (in which I had a passing interest), and one commenter linked to a YouTube video of the rifle actually being fired. Talk about bad-ass!
If I could only afford one larger-than-half-inch-bore rifle, I think I'd have to take the .950 JDJ over 20 mm. I mean, just think of the incredible amusement in having a .950-caliber (24.1 mm) firearm that's not Title II!

Vampy
Linda Le, aka "Vampy", is a goddess. 99.9% of the cosplayers I'd ever seen at the couple of cons I'd been to were just freaky. Vampy isn't just smokin' hot, she's also detailed and dedicated to the art of reconstructing anime/manga fantasy in real life. Very cool. Plus, she likes guns: she shoots a Kimber 1911 Custom. I am definitely a fan.
I mean, just look at her!

Kriss Vector
Now I think I see the reasoning behind all the adulation from the gunblogosphere (how's that for synthesized jargon!) for the Kriss Vector.... I wouldn't mind having one!

AXTS Lower
Via the Defense Review blog, I found this bad-ass fully ambidextrous lower receiver from AXTS Weapons Systems. The pattern above the mag-well goes well with those PMAGs.... The downside is that this lower only comes fully assembled. The A-DAC-F is their stripped lower alternative, but it's not built the same.

Pin-Ups
It must've been via View from the Porch that I came across Pin-Ups for Vets. There isn't much info on the lady running the charity, Gina Elise, but I do like those old-style pin-up photos. Occasional Dillon model Cathy Rankin (featured in the Blue Press) also has her own similar calendar. I rather prefer brunettes, myself.

SGN Classifieds
Yesterday I checked out a couple sites advertised in the back of Shotgun News. One was by Battle Arms Development, featuring their "BAD-ASS" ambidextrous safety selector. Pretty sweet, there's just the matter of $60. The other ad was by Kitanica, the copy of which advertised tactical clothing made in the USA. Of course I had to look. They have the most bad-ass cargo pants I've ever seen, the PNT X.A. $160 is pretty spendy for a pair, but high-end brand-name jeans can go for close to that, and they're certainly less functional. (The downside is that they only come in inseam 34, but at least the pant cuffs have drawstrings.) I'm contemplating trying out a set for potential use in my upcoming training. In searching for reviews of Kitanica gear, I found the Tactical Pants Blog, which does reviews of this sort of thing. Perhaps I'll try out a couple less expensive pairs of pants as well.

Augmented Reality Wi-Fi Helicopter
Russ sent me a link to the Parrot AR.Drone site. I want. Of course the salient question is: how much does the damn thing cost?!
