AR-15.com has a page (edit: moved) in the vein of the .308 ammo master price list. Check the last few pages for the list. A separate page seems to exist for up to the minute discussions—literally, since ammo inventory disappears quickly these days.
Since I'm up for 5.56x45mm now, I've got to keep an eye on prices. For the moment, .223 is about half the price of .308, so it's a bit easier to buy.
